What it's like here

01

We write before we talk

Decisions are made with written context. Proposals, design docs, and async discussion come first. Meetings are rare โ€” and when they happen, they're prepared for.

02

We disagree with evidence

We want honest pushback, not consensus. If you think something is wrong, say so โ€” with reasoning. The best idea wins, regardless of who has it.

03

We finish what we start

We have a small, focused backlog. We don't start ten things and abandon nine. Shipping something well matters more than starting something new.

04

Privacy isn't a department

Every team member is responsible for privacy decisions. It's not something the security team handles โ€” it's a shared instinct that runs through everything we build.
